 Instructions
Take white cardstock 12 x 12, score at 4 inch and 8 inch both vertically and horizontally. Cut and remove the corner squares so that the final shape resembles a ‘plus’ sign .Fold on all the score lines to make the base of the explosion box.
For creating pockets take two 4 ½ x 4 ½ white cardstock, cut diagonally creating a triangle , score at ½ inch both vertically and horizontally , apply double sided tape on ½ inch scored area. Overlap two triangles from the centre and attach on to the two opposite flaps of explosion box base for creating pockets.
Make the lid with 6- ¼ x 6- ¼ inch white cardstock by scoring at 1 inch from all the four sides. For the stand of explosion box take one piece of 5 x 5 and four pieces of 5 x 1 chipboard, attach 1 inch piece on all the four sides of 5 x 5 chipboard creating a box and cover with cardstock.
Mat the base, stand and lid of explosion box first with Green Cardstock and then with Pattern paper from Sweet Peony Collection. (Optional distress the edges of the green cardstock and pattern paper).
For the cake in the center of explosion box create three boxes with white cardstock and stack them on top of each other.
1)      5 x 5, score at 1 , 4 , 5 on both the sides (3 x 3 inch box )
2)      4 x 4,score at 1 , 3, 4, on both the sides (2 x 2 inch box)
3)      3 x 3, score at 1, 2, and 3 on both the sides (1 x 1 inch box) fold on the score lines and create boxes.
Cut tags and sentiments form the paper collection, mat with green cardstock and insert tags inside the pockets. Adore outside of the pockets with sentiment cutouts, further cut out 3 x 3 pattern paper from the collection mats with green cardstock and paste on top of lip with 3d foam tape.

For flowers stamp with Large and Small Sweet peony stamp sets using Archival ink cobalt and cut them using coordinating dies. Color the flower center with Archival ink cobalt; make sure to color the back of the petals also. For shaping the flowers use Emma Lou’s Video.
Leaves – Stamp bunch of leaves from Classic Rose Stamp and Sweet Peony stamp sets with Archival ink library green, cut the images with coordinating dies.  Color them with Archival ink – Olive, library green and Color box ink - Lime pastel.
Assemble the flowers and leaves as shown. Paste metal embellishments with clear dry glue. Optional - on top of cardstock cake paste heart shaped MDF cutout and apply glitter on top of pollens.
