Box Card

Good morning my dear friends

Another beautiful day and i am back with another project for you guys....

. When i first thought of this one, various words that immediately pop up into my mind were celebration , love and happiness !!!!!

Having inspired by them all i created a box card.

In the center of the box i mimic a cake and adore it with various handmade flowers. On the top of the box i used a frame made of card stock and various embellishments

Stamped card - no.3

Hey everyone !!!

how'z you all doing , hope all doing great.............

Its always fun and happy moment for me when i create my cards. Today's post is about a stamped card i created by using various technique of stamping. There is total 3 cards in this series and i am sharing card no. 3 below.

For this particular card , i colored the background first , stamped it with various inks and stamps to build up the layers.

hand color the sentiments and honey bees.

Painted the fence with acrylic color to give it a wooden feel.

and finally handmade the flowers and shaped the leaves as i wanted .

Magnetic Note pad

Hello my dear crafty friends

After a short break i am back to crafting , hope you had a amazing Christmas and rocking head start for 2017.....

Today i would like to share one of my project which i designed for rainbow craftykari as GDT .

Canvas sheet

Heavy body gel

Finnabair White heavy gesso

Finnabair white modeling paste

Archival ink – black, cobalt, red carnation, saffron

Distress ink – walnut stain

Distress spray – picked raspberry, fossilled amber, crushed olive

Distress clear rock candy crackle paint

Diamond dust

Distress - clear rock candy glitter.

Blessed- mixed media canvas

Hello everyone !!!

Today i have a bright and shiny mixed media canvas to share with you guys. This one i designed on the theme of blessing.

I wanna to create something vibrant but at the same time wanna to keep it shuttle also

and this is what i came up with....................

For the background i first applied gesso on the canvas , did stamping on the tissue paper and paste it on canvas with multi matte medium.

Next i applied some masking tape on the canvas here and there and covered it up with clear crackle paste.

After that i did stenciling with modelling paste and once dried properly sprayed with Lindy's spray (drop dead diva set).

On the chipboard cut outs i did heat embossing with gold embossing powder.

The flowers are handmade.

Stamped card - with handmade flowers

Hello everyone

I am back with one of my card with stamped background and handmade flowers.

It was always interesting to create your own background and for this particular card i used various techniques of stamping and distress.

And I guess i did pretty good !!!!!!!!!

The owl couple is first stamped and than colored with pencil colors.

The flowers are handmade , the flower stamens in the center are hand cut and than shaped .

Christmas Card

Hello my dear friends

Everyone is in festive mood and my project today depicts the same. It's a mixed media Christmas card.

Here are the few details.........

The wooden planks in the background is created with a mix of acrylic colors , glue and distress ink. For the twisted wreath i covered the flower wires with brown tape and once done ,twisted them together in the shape of wreath.

The flowers are die cut and handmade ........

For creating the snowy effect i mixed collage clay with multi medium matte, applied it with brush on the edges and finally covered it with pearl glass glitter.
