Journal Page + DT post for More Mixed Media Challenge

Hello My dear friends

We have a new challenge up on the MMM blog with the theme -  anything goes optional yellow , details you can find out here . For the same i created a art journal page and believe me i am super nervous as it is my first try with art journal and i thoroughly enjoyed the whole process it's so much fun while working with it.
I kept the page quite simple with stamped flower images being focal point.

Have a look !!!!

For creating this page , i first colored the half of the page with  distress paint - broken china , weathered wood , chipped sapphire and salty ocean. Than the other half of the page is colored with various shades of distress paint in green color - forest moss , peeled paint and moved lawn.

Stamped the sunflower image first on the journal page with black archival ink and than stamped it again on watercolor paper. Water colored the images first , fussy cut and placed on the journal page with multi media matte, stamped few leaves with black archival ink , here and there on the page.

Next stamped the sentiment , splatter diluted white acrylic color here and there and created a border around the page with black acrylic paint .

Thank you so much
